Healthy Habits

We know that building healthy habits early on is essential for a bright and successful future. From encouraging kids to get moving with our exciting supervised physical activities and free play to helping establish proper napping routines and making sure that all meals are fresh, nutritious and full of wonderful fruits and vegetables, we work to reinforce the great habits that you are already teaching them at home, in order to build a strong foundation that will last a lifetime. At us, your child will learn about : 

 

  • Avoiding Germs Through Proper Hand Washing.
  • Caring for Teeth with Regular Tooth Brushing.   
  • Staying Healthy With Daily Physical Movement.
  • Choosing and Enjoying Fresh Fruits and Vegetables.

 

While children in our care are often too young to engage in these habits on their own, they do benefit from being assisted in carrying them out every day and having these behaviors modeled and taught to them through songs, games and stories.
